Day 16
Tried to make Ina Garten's Coconut Cake. It didn't quite turn out for me. First, I didn't factor enough time to cook the cake part. I was so disappointed. I spent so much time making the cake batter only to realize that I wouldn't have 45-55 minutes to cook it because we had to go out for lunch in 30 minutes. What a shame. Well, better luck next time...

This one thought that purple shirt functioned as a skirt. She actually had it on as a skirt and it looked like balloon pants!

Ahhh! I'm falling behind. I always look forward to posting and forgot these past couple of days to post some pictures.
My quote of the day--stay positive. Everything is going to work out. Just believe that it's going to happen!

Day 9
It's still early in the day but this was an early moment of cuteness. I love taking the girls to school right now. I guess when one is not so stressed out about everything one can really be present and enjoy the moment.
Day 8
Cuteness! More and more I am discovering that I can't afford to miss out on these moments. Is having a demanding career really worth it? All of the stress I experienced last semester--working full time, going to grad school part time, joining an honors society, being a wife and a mother was I think, too much. By the end of the semester, I was completely spent. As much as I want a successful career I don't think it's worth it right now. Family is much more important and I am really enjoying my time with my girls.

Okay, so I'm posting this one day behind...
Apparently, diapers can also function as hats. Or is it, that sometimes our heads need diapers for what may come out!
Kids... they make life so much more enjoyable.
