Happy New Beginnings in 2015.  2014 was a tough year but it's over.  To new opportunities and new eyes to appreciate everything life has to offer!

"Stew and rice": Big Island beef tenderloin on oxtail risotto, peanuts, and mushrooms

 "Guava Aircake":
Tapioca balls, lilikoi creme brulee, and guava fruit. This is how creme brulee is done!!!

The Superman Shave Ice

Uncle Clay's House of Pure Aloha.  This is the "Superman": Shave ice with strawberry and lihing flavored syrup on top of homemade vanilla ice cream and lihing powder sprinkled on top. Y-U-M!!! There's no place like Hawaii!

Ran this too several weeks before the marathon.  If you work in tax, that number has great significance.

I did it!!! Can't wait to do it again next year!  The experience was unbelievable!
